MediGo+ Terms

These MediGo+ Subscription Terms govern your access to the MediGo+ membership plan. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Membership scope

MediGo+ beinhaltet den Zugang zu exklusiven Kursen auf MediGoAcademy, Event-Rabatte, Newsletter und Online-Mentorensitzungen wie auf der Preisseite beschrieben. Präsenzkurse, geplante Live-Sitzungen und Offline-Programme sind ausgeschlossen, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

2. Billing and payment

Membership fees are charged upfront for the selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current if auto-renewal is enabled.

2a. Free trial

Eligible accounts may start one MediGo+ free trial of 7 calendar days. Starting a trial requires a saved payment method. You are not charged during the trial. Each account may use the free trial only once. Auto-renewal is on by default and can be turned off from your membership settings at any time. If auto-renewal stays on, your card is charged for a paid MediGo+ term when the trial ends.

3. Cancellation and refund window

You may cancel your MediGo+ subscription within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not substantially consumed membership benefits in bad faith. After the 7-day window, the current term is non-refundable and will remain active until the expiry date. You may disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Auto-renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, your membership will be renewed automatically at the end of each term using your saved payment method at the then-current plan price. You can turn auto-renewal on or off at any time from your member dashboard.

5. Access and fair use

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials or systematically downloading content for redistribution is prohibited. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

6. Changes to plans and terms

We may update MediGo+ features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
