Our courses are tailored specifically for the participants. As a result, the following cancellation and refund conditions apply:

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, participants may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days before the course start date and receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

For cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date, a 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.

3. Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are non-refundable, as scheduling and preparation will have already been completed.

4. Course Rescheduling

Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to another available or upcoming course up to 14 days before the course starts. If the new course has a different fee, the balance will be either refunded or charged accordingly.

5. Group Booking Adjustments

For group enrollments of five or more participants, cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date qualify for a 90% refund. Within the final 7 days, individual cancellations will receive a 75% refund, or substitutions within the group may be arranged, provided written consent is obtained from the substituting participant.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If a course is canceled due to unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the participant’s control (such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or severe medical conditions) a full refund will be provided. Supporting documentation may be required.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If participants have made additional bookings for accommodation, travel, or other services through MediGo Academy, the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers will apply.

8. Organizational Discretion

MediGo Academy Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course when necessary. In such cases, all fees paid will be fully refunded to the participant.

9. General Terms

These policies are designed to ensure fairness for both the participant and the instructor. By enrolling and submitting payment, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
